What is the minimum order?
Most folding cartons and mailers start at 50 units. Rigid boxes start at 100. A few small items start at 30. Each product page shows its minimum and the price at every quantity.
How do I get a price?
Choose a size, material, print and finish on any product page for an instant estimate. For custom sizes or special finishes, send us the project and we confirm a firm price after an artwork check.
Is the price on the page final?
It is an estimate based on your options. We confirm the final price after an artwork check. Shipping and any sales tax or VAT are added where they apply.
Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. Plain sample packs let you check size and board. The sample cost is credited against your first full order. Printed prototypes are available on request.
What artwork format do you need?
A print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed is ideal. We also accept Illustrator and vector files. We send a dieline for every size and run a free print check before production.
I do not have a designer. Can you help?
Yes. Our team can place your logo on a dieline and suggest layouts. You can also preview ideas in the 3D Studio.
